MECHANICAL

• Electrical service, panel box, outlets (GFCI & AFCI) and fixtures
• Plumbing fixtures, drains and vents
• Complete A/C and furnace system
• Water heater system
• Air ducts, grills, and fans
• Appliances and garage door openers
• Fire protection equipment 

Many optional components, such as sprinkler systems, are inspected at no extra cost!

Clients are encouraged to be present at the time of inspection for consultation, however phone consultation is also available.  Completed reports are delivered to clients and/or real estate agents within 24 hrs. of completion.  Email and fax delivery options are available.
